I'm a little confused, is this supposed to be a good thing? I assumed you guys were using neodymium, which seem superior to alnico in most metrics. If not, what magnets were you using prior, and why would Alnico magnets be better for ETA drivers?
For the novelty, not for the on-paper superiority or lack thereof. I want to see what the mystique is all about. A stack of N52s is still in the works for plan A :) all previous drivers used a single neodymium N52 magnet.
