        That's just... horrible.

Yes, Lyander, I got it sorted with a couple of nice titanium implants. Bionic front teeth. My bottom teeth are still right up there, but sometimes I remember to stretch and relax my jaw, which seems to help.

        All the best!

@Ringingears argh, well at least you got to enjoy a few milkshakes? I can only hope I'm that lucky since I don't really have the time for cardio nowadays, not that I had much inclination to begin with...

It's less than 24 hours since the installation and the pain is getting progressively worse, gragh. I honestly doubt I'll be able to manage anything more than broth for a while, and overcooked rice/pasta.

Pretty sure my own casts will suffer a similar place of honour haha. Glad to hear I've got good company!

I started reading Vinland Saga... what an amazing story! I'm not caught up yet (Ch.106) but I'm very impressed so far! superb world building and character development, especially for Thorfinn and Canute. Everything just came full circle from the very first chapter and can't wait to see how the story plays out. I remembered your comment "manga is better" so I thought I would share this with ya

Hahaha that's why we call it "hiatus x hiatus" I personally like Mob Psych 100 better than OPM. Haikyuu is sooo good! I never thought I would love a volleyball anime lol. 4th season is coming out soon so it might be a good time to start watching. Highly recommend watching season 1 then reading the manga. The animation team did a fantastic job portraying the manga. and I'll check out Sound! Euophonium :)

Euphonium helped me get back into band music after losing interest a few years back and going full hard rock and metal, haha. The anime's a KyoAni affair so excellent art of course, not to mention the pacing is just about perfect, not to mention the music itself. I listen to the soundtrack reasonably often, haha

We had a cyclone, the year after the flood. Made a mess of our city; lost many trees. Despite my realistic expectations, we still had our one tall tree, car port, water tanks. I think we got a bit of shelter.

Still, it put on one hell of a show: heavy monsoon-type rain moving sideways in the wind!

Yes. Four deaths at last count which makes me angry. I'm glad that my area wasn't affected as much as I feared but at the same time I'm just fucking livid. People are making the best of it but there's still thousands displaced, no power, no clean water.

There's an English remake that's actually quite decent, I recommend either if you think you might enjoy Asian horror :)

Weeb is a shorter version of weeaboo which is a catch all term for anime fans outside of Japan.

Psycho Pass was an anime with a lot of western sci fi influences. Season 1 was great, season 2 was trash, the movie was nice. Season 3 has me nervous.
