I called him a few times last year, he is pretty good with just general advice but wants to sign you up for a big plan and big treatment.
i like his videos, they are fairly basic but audio physics is not my strong point.
not good, the space just isn't going to be viable without spending over 70k aud to waterproof and modify hallways and won't be perfect anyway. I've taken the biggest room in the house 3.4x4 metres and slowly turning it into a bit of what I dreamt of. Saving for the next house. I'll make sure I have room for a 10x6 metre room ;)
Crap. Tough break :(. I;m looking into all this because we're getting ready to buy something bigger so I need to know what I'm looking for - Mrs GEG has all her ducks in a row (of course) ;).
5 x 6 metre room would be ideal, or acreage so you can just plonk that wherever you want. Depends what you are trying to do and how close the neighbours are!
P.s. I basically bought this house so she could get a dog. They always get what they want! Haha
