    Based on strengths and powers - Superman.

    Based on Superman always somehow acting like a douche-bag and never fully utilising his powers in the correct situation, usually in the interest of heightening drama or preserving human-life, it's possible that Batman could acquire some kryptonite, use cunning then give him a good beating.

    For me, Batman is much cooler because he's just a regular dude who has conquered his deepest fears, learned his craft and acquired his abilities through great perseverance & training.
