Not sure if a thread like this exists, but I thought it would be interesting to share videogames that are great for music listening. This is stuff where you can:

    1) turn the in-game music off and just listen to your albums, without any major side effects in-game (e.g. can't hear footsteps, get killed by enemies, take the wrong turn in a rally game, etc.)

    2) not too attention grabbing, so it doesn't distract from the music too much. For me this really disqualifies a lot of games. Even the ones that I have played 1M times before, I still need good attention to properly play them.

Off the top of my head, I know about these:

    - Forza or Gran Turismo (especially those 24h endurance rounds lmao)
    - Minecraft
    - Stardew Valley
    - Animal Crossing
    - Eufloria (RTS 2D game from years ago, that's very chill)

Hhmm....I usually play sports or WWE games for this purpose.

I also play games that I already played before. Usually through emulators playing PS1/PS2 games. I played classic RPGs like Suikoden, Final Fantasy, etc.

Just for stupid fun and to kill stress. While listening to rock. Usually on Friday nights, while ordering takeouts.
