I purchased this a few years ago after reading about it on InnerFidelity but never took it out of the box. Apparently it was available on Indiegogo for a while as well.

This is a gift to any friend or contributor who wants it but I will ask for $20 PP Friends and Family to help cover the shipping & handling costs in the CONUS. If someone outside the US wants it we'll figure out exact shipping costs.
