    - Hi, purchased this with the intention of using it but I don't think I will anymore.
    - $200 gift for local NYC area pick up / + shipping for USA please.
    - Estimated shipping 12/15/16.
    - I looked on MD website to change the shipping address but I can't find it. If I can change, then shipping charge won't be needed obviously.

    If you go to the 6XX order in your 'Transactions' page and 'Contact Support' there is a form for changing address, select 'Issue with order' then 'Ship to a different address'.
