This 'transportable' true discrete, tube amp (with built in DAC) has served me well the past few years, but I'm not traveling much anymore, and rarely get to listen to music in the office. This is a black eclipse is in pristine contition, and includes an extra Sylvania 6021 driver. It comes with travel case, original box, etc.

$1300 net to me, Friends, Continental USA to start.

realizing the world is not normal now-
for anyone looking for the best in transportable, small desk all in one units- this IS the one to buy.
cranks out deep bass extension with thump on Blackwood Auteur as I'm listening to the pairing all day long!

WA8 is VERY quiet with IEMs with air only after on 5 (of 10) on volume, and with CA Special Edition Solaris a magical combo in terms of spatiality and detailing.
also- the Sabre DAC is a very good implementation, runs completely off clean/quiet battery power, and the USB port is galvanically isolated.

simply put, this is the most versatile DAC/Amp combo I've owned- the non-gooey tube sound makes this a super choice when away from a big rig.

Hey mate. Nah, I wouldn’t use a portable enough to justify one now. If I would - I’d definitely keep the WA8.

Bump for a great Amp/DAC combo. My unit has been bringing so much joy to me, I cannot begin to tell.
