I will share my experience in assembling this kit.

    This kit is announced here

Initially I made the frame to accommodate the circuit Board. This is convenient, but optional

Then prepare the wires for PCB-B. The length and purpose of the wires are specified in the instructions

    Mount the second Board

Note that the capacitors on the edges of the Board have a gap above the Board. That's significant. It is also important to have a cardboard gasket under the transformer.

    Connect the wires

    Install mounting brackets

Note the bracket is between the Board and the cardboard gasket. This is very important. In another case, the metal bracket will tear the transformer winding.

We mount the signal wires. Mark one of the wires, do not mix left and right channel

    Preparing the back panel

Connect the back panel and the amplifier

Now the most responsible operation. You need to put all the panels and the bottom and top cover. You need patience and strength.

As a result of this work we will get such an amplifier.

With two smoke breaks and dinner Assembly I took 4 hours.

I will be glad to answer any questions

Question, what did you have for dinner?

More seriously, what can you compare it to?

Thanks for sharing. I enjoy these DIY with several photos.

@Zampotech why cardboard instead of rubber or some sort of foam?

The transformer is heated during operation. The foam is impossible, it has a low melting point. Rubber can be, but electrotechnical or silicone, with a thickness of about 3 mm.
