    Amazon has 4 importers selling them right now. A few months ago thre were a bunch. Amazon.jp used to have a bunch of sellers with them too but appear to have dried up at the moment.

    Did the cable just short? If so, BTG Audio might can recable them. Might be worth looking into.

    All the CK series are long gone from the market and ATH IEMs have been reported to have counterfeits, even on amazon jp, so buy it with caution.

    From what I've read here and experienced myself, it seems to be more dependent on the tips used. The silicone tips can have some harshness, but the comply tips clear that right up.

    I've never read about any counterfeits of BA based iems before; just dynamic driver models. Definitely pays to be cautious though.

    I used to own the Music Two. It's a very good value custom. I wrote a review of it for CYMBACAVUM. Piotr is great to deal with too.

    When you guys are typing ck10, is that the same as the ckr10? I couldn't find a difference, just assumed they are the same. I owned the ckr10, great iem, really enjoyed that sucka.

    CKR10 is a dual dynamic if I'm not mistaken, so completely different from the dual balanced armature CK10. Kinda confusing nomenclature for sure.

    Welp looks like I went and bought a used EX1000 from Japan. Partly due to this post as well :p
    Fingers crossed! I really love dynamic driver bass so I had to give it a shot.
    Anyways on reducing the dreaded 7khz spike?

    Last time I borrowed a set, I tried a layer of tea bags over the nozzle. That didn't really help to me. I'm wondering if a little round ball of blue tak over the stock filter on the nozzle will do the trick?

    I can't say for certain, but I believe there are. Not sure how big the differences are either. I know the ones I'm sending out are nudes, maybe someone else has the regular version that can compare?

    I don't think it's a regional difference like the 7550/EX800st. I believe there are actual differences, however, I'd love to confirm that. I know myself, and a handful of others made sure to get the "nudes".

    I, along with friends, suspect there are different versions of the Sony ex1000. Sony does some weird things...
