Sold: Grado RS-1 vintage buttons with old school font, black headband

Hi! These RS-1’s are not quite brown headband vintage, but I’m pretty positive these were the first sets that sold with the black headband. The rs1 buttons have that specific font that’s always been my give away in terms of lineage. Original flat pads have been changed out to fresh ones from TTVJ

Headband and cable in perfect condition. Wooden cups are excellent with just a few very tiny micro blemishes, no dents or chips. Wood cup Color is that deeper richer color that was typical of the older rs-1’s. No box but will supply with a nice hippo case.

I'm swimming in Grados but these babies are beautiful. Sigh, the good old days.

 

@recstar24 knows his Grados you couldn't find a safer bet for some vintage RS-1's.
