So, I hope you are not a member of this board. If you are…I would ask you to suck something very specific, but I fear you would not be very good at it. I am speaking to whoever designed the cable for the Rega TTPSU. Tomorrow, I guess I will hardwire my Rega TTPSU to the turntable. If the house catches fire I will rest easy knowing the table died with me so long as the dogs make it out alive.

Not much of an issue except that the moment you disconnect the cable from the power supply the wires pull through and you can't order the cable separately…clever. Either way, if I ever wanted to re-sell it the value just hit the floor unless I lie my ass of and tell people it sounds better due to a better connection. I can solder and use a multi meter, so I have some hope.

Perhaps I will be less angry tomorrow. On the other hand, if anyone knows where to order the cable from I would be grateful…or not give a shit if I fix it before someone posts.

Anyone else kind of angry that you got into diy because of half-assed products? Really though, it is kind of cool being able to fix simple things. People who don't know any better look at you like you are Tesla. Sad, really. And I suck at it.

Fixed. Back to the guiness and bass. Isn't pretty but I don't care.
