Siemens PCC88/7DJ8. 7v version of 6DJ8 but drop in replacements for 6DJ8/ECC88/6922. These all have etched codes and I'm trying to work out the manufacturing year if someone cares. They come with boxes.
This run is going to be Friends first and Contributors second. I will also not give them away completely for free but I will sell them at a cost neutral price. No profit on my end.
$8 each and a little bit of shipping cost.
2 gone, 3 to go.

Siemens E88CC, gold pins. 2 pairs available, one pair with matched sections if someone cares about that. One pair with boxes and one without.
No idea on how long they've run but they sure sound very very good.
Again, I will make no profit on these tubes, I'm charging same as what I bought them for. I've got more of these and the cheapest ones I've found was about $15 but I'm keeping those and selling the ones I haven't used other than for testing,however these are a bit more expensive then what I've sold / given away here before.

I'm thinking $50 for a pair and about $8-10 in shipping. Cheap letter, no fancy stuff if not asked for.
Friends first, contributors second.
I dare you to find a pair at a lower price anywhere.

The only thing I'm asking for is that you give tubes a good listen, then add balanced and honest comments in a relevant thread. Be fair and stay true to SBAF "core values". To spend an excess amount of money on tubes won't fix a shit chain or crap synergy. It's like gravy

EDIT! There's been some questions about whether tube pairs are matched or not. They are not matched, nor do I believe it matters. I have never heard any difference between matched and unmatched tube pairs, I asked here on SBAF, got ridiculed, I read up and I learned. Prove me wrong if you can - but it won't make these pairs more matched

Ehh yeah, I have been using that for a while, but I need to send them back to schiit as they developed buzzing sound. If you still have 2 of those PCC88/7DJ8, I am interested to buy 2 for Mjolnir 2, but most people online said PCC88 is bad on Mjolnir2, so I don't know....

 

Who are those most people I wonder?

Also, did the BB I gave you develop a buzzing sound? Did you power cycle? Did you try swapping for another tube? My point being; is it the tube that has gone bad or the amp?
