Vinshine Audio Dac-r2r-ref (soekris)

Hey, selling my very nice dac so I can buy a Firstwatt amp. This is exactly the same as the one currently for sale on vinshineaudio's web site, except mine is the nicer rev 3 0.02% resistors, he's selling the rev 4 0.05% , also I replaced the opamp in the built in lehmann headphone amp with a Burson V5i. The original was an opa2134pa. I'll include a nice 5 foot usb to serial cable so you can connect to the dac and issue commands, upload filters or firmware updates etc. This is a really great dac with a super nice thick chassis and a decent headphone amp built in.

selling it cheap on sbaf so it goes to someone who can appreciate it, it no interest I'll move it to head-fi later

Firmware? The newest is installed.. I think fw 1.06 with umanager 1.05. If you mean filters I have oneoclocks pack installed and I set it to sorens stock linear phase for whoever buys it. But I prefer quasinos

I am interested in this but I need to give it a few more days. I sold my Vinshine just a few weeks ago for a Schiit Bifrost Multibit and Asgard 2, but I am very unhappy with this combo. Not nearly as resolving, detailed, or transparent as the Vinshine. I'm very, very disappointed. It has only been a few days so perhaps the Bifrost needs to burn in, but I really miss my Vinshine!! I will be watching this and let you know when/if I makeup my mind.
