ZMF Classics, Beyer DT880s modded and (nice)XLRs

The ZMFs come with an 1/8th inch terminated 6 foot long ZMF branded ribbon cable and a spare set of leather pads.

The Beyerdynamics were modded circa 2008 by Moon Audio per PO . The mod is mini XLRs inset into the cups.
The factory pads were replaced with Dekoni hybrid earpads. This cures the bass shyness. I also added a pilots pad on top.
I have a 1/4 inch terminated,12 ft long, Venus Audio cable in triple black installed.
It was fun to roll cables between both cans. It proves you can "hear" cable differences in a heartbeat.
