98% of people understand that SBAF is run more or less on a volunteer basis. Sponsorship is 40% of what it used to be. Site costs have gone up. No money in this. SBAF, for all its imperfections, keeps running purely because of "thank yous"

well, you're a leader (as opposed to a manager), never an easy thing. i have not seen much in the way of mistakes. we're all a little crazy here, but it's not a crazy place, thanks to you and all the other mods.

Best balance of objective, subjective evaluation, innovative space with usually measured discussions, though occasional friction arises, as with any topic.
