It's that rough patch of year north of the equator: Crap weather, post-holidays letdown, and still not enough sunlight in the day. I have to force myself to bring the lights up and keep myself out of the leftover Christmas candy every year.
Doc says my level of vitamin D is exceptionally low. Missing 12 days of outdoor walks, even in cloudy weather, has taken a toll. Indoor exercise just isn't the same. Trying supplements.
