No, it's a common artifact point with my measurements affecting many headphones such as Utopia, HE-6 etc. Here is the waterfall plot that shows the dip is much smaller than the FR plot indicates:

 

I agree with cskippy. Dips in that region largely rely on ear and inner space interaction. So real ear, artificial ear, and flat coupler all behave differently. Very recent gras ears seem fairly close to real ears but still has their own "character". Compensation curves may adjust such artifacts but measuring people have various philosophy on this issue, because this artifact afaik is not linearly transformable across different measurement rigs.
