How you use Moode? Just a DNLA Render, or just both DNLA and local storage?
I just use the uPNP Renderer to stream Tidal. No volume control. All other functions disabled.
@Phantaminum - thanks for the dislike :)
@exocer how easy was to setup the uPnP render on Moode? My plan once I get my PI2AES is just use bitperfect uPnP Render except converting DSD to PCM via Pi. No actual music files will be on the device.
@YMO once you get the hang of the UI it's relatively easy. Just go to the audio configuration menu and toggle the switch for "uPNP Client for MPD". Ensure you Edit MPD config on the Audio menu to "I2S audio Device", and on the main audio menu under devices select HiFiBerry Digi+ Pro. Under system i've selected "Performance" for CPU governor and Kernal Architecture of 64-bit for RPi4.
@YMO - dont forget to edit the uPNP configuration once you enable it. This is where you have the option to log into Tidal or Qobuz. I stream non-stop through the bubble uPNP app but when I want the first MQA unfold i'll use the Audirvana+ app to stream to Moode. The 2nd options requires me to leave my laptop online\open with the Audirvana app running.
