    Your green is the 'most-stuffed' one, right? Green & blue were transposed on the production version vs the reviewer batch. Interesting to look at Crinacle's graphs: the most-filtered JVC and the Sony are about the same amplitude at 3-4k...

    ...but the JVC actually sounding peakier there is I think due to its 'fast' or 'sharp' attacks (there was a discussion in one of the Campfire threads about this). Never heard the Sony, would you describe the transients as more 'relaxed' through the upper mids?

    Sorry, this was with blue . Which mean I have to try green next. I think the JVC is more monitor like, while the Sony is slighly V-shaped in comparison, but smoother.

    However the Sony soundstage is very impressive. Not sure if this is because of NC, or simply the tuning. Let see when I try the greens..
