    @gixxerwimp a little better served for my taste, particularly when balanced. Equally lush but tad less warm. Prat and bass also more in line with my liking. B couldn’t justify $$$ delta in the end.

    To be clear, there was nothing ‘wrong’ with Yggdrasil. Just didn’t think it was significantly better — not enough to justify tying up an extra $1k. Lots of folks said if 2-channel, then worth it. I’m headphones only.

    What are you running as your headphone amp? I'm looking for a balanced source for the SuSy Dynalo and after reading your posts, am thinking the Yggdrasil may be overkill. I'm starting to think about finding a used A1 or A2 Gungnir Multibit instead.
