    Many comments re: Expanse being not musical, over-damped, not dynamic/hard hitting. Not what I hear from mTT2 ==> DSHA-3F ==> Expanse. Perhaps my genre don't demand as much :)

    I was surprised at how good the 6XX is for sound leakage at work. It still leaks sound of course but for an open back with ... tolerant ... co-workers it's quite good. Other headphones had gotten complaints. :-D

    For me, the 'inward' leakage is good news -- I can hear my team when they talk to me. Nobody sits close enough for 'outward' leakage to matter.

    It's a Tony the Tiger headphone. It is a sum greater than the parts situation. I can (and have) talked about how this or that aspect is hardly any better than HD650 or fill_in_the_blank, but the whole thing just comes together in a compelling way.
