Dude I bought my current speakers from had just upgraded to Acoustic Zen Adagios - he was kind enough to let me listen for a half an album or so... big fat yes on these, especially in the used market.

What speakers did you upgrade?

I have the Rednet 3 already, so I didn't really need another transport. But as a Roon endpoint, the Pi is better than the Rednet 3 in a lot of ways.

Waiting for mine to ship. Hopefully it'll be better than the Auralic Aries that died on me.

I really love my AT33PTGII - tracks so incredibly well.

Forte III is my fav current production Klipsch.

PI-2XR, which is 1:1, but in retrospect I think I should have gotten the PO-2XR because the spec sheets show less distortion in the bass. I'd say even with a bit of bass color the benefits outweigh the downside. I mostly got it to use it with @ColtMrFire Starlet when he brings it over.

I like sparkling reds with that kind of thing. I'm partial to Bonarda but it's really up to taste, there's like 10-15 different ones across Italy.

Yeah I have a stainless 185 Wave. Wave is probably the easiest to learn on (excluding Chemex with stock filters). It's the most forgiving and the lines are helpful as level references when you're first learning.

I agree that the wave is a great place to start. It’s the pour over method I would use if I opened a shop... it’s more forgiving.

The SF-ND2 offers POE only. Are you using POE via a switch or do you have some type of high voltage injector?
