Yep, mine is green too! Make sure to give it a couple hours (or a day) to warm-up before passing any final verdicts. Sounds great at first listen for me, but Soekris stuff really opens up in a day or so in my experience.

out of curiosity, can you push the power cord fully into the dac, or does it stick out a bit? Mine seems to stick out a bit and not fully slot into the dac; not sure if this is intended or not.

Glad to hear it! I see how it shows up more silver in photos, as I went to take a photo with my normal room lighting and it kept coming out looking grey/silver. Warming up now, but listening because why not! I didn't want to pull my whole rack out so put that power cord in a bit blind, but it did feel like it did not quite seat all the way in there.

@dematted Did you land on the black filter like most folks around here? Sounding good to me, just curious. Could already tell a difference after about 30 minutes warm up...something really special coming together here.

Yes, I prefer the black filter. Not sure why, but it just sounds a bit more natural/effortless to me in its sonic presentation. You can also play around with custom filters if you like the DIY stuff.

All the same for me (color, cord, filter). Although for certain tracks the red (linear) filter provides better sonic placement cues. But any song that's got too much reverb or ringy at all in the treble and it's back to black.
