    Hate to break it to you but "Green tea" and "avail in any grocery" doesn't exist, at least in the US, based on everything I know. Both general knowledge of tea + the few tea makers / growers I've talked to - the good stuff is sold as loose leaf for higher cost. The rest is sold en masse at stuff like grocery.

    On top of that, you probably face the same problem in CO that I face in CA - hard / mountain water changes the taste of green tea too much. Even with bottled waters this makes it harder, tea never tastes the same here as it does when I have access to soft water.

    With all of that being said - for bulk green tea, I generally have good luck with Japanese stuff. Also available on Amazon or via Japanese grocery.

    @penguins Thanks for the info. Probably similar to coffee re:anywhere. I'll try to hunt down some Japanese, no stores near here though.

    Aha, may have to try some bottled water, as yes, CO is hard water territory.

    Bixby, I’m also a tea fan and agree with the above. I buy my tea from Mandala Tea or Camellia Sinensis online. the latter offers quality bagged tea.
