I just pulled up a list of 2015-2016 SBAF Loaners. Turns out, we've been through a BUNCH. Time to curate more. :) I should note that not all of these were active: some died after conception, and some in their sleep to crickets. But the cool thing is each and every one was made available to pyrates, even if not used. Also, some of these are ongoing or about to be launched. If I do a conservative estimate, I'd say we sent gear around 300+ times. Big thanks to @velvetx, @Marvey, and the other generous people who've arranged for or offered up gear. I do have more thoughts on all this, but will share them later as time allows. List:

You and Nick certainly have been busy chaps, haven't you @sphinxvc ? Thank you for tirelessly turning the shadow of sound-described into the flesh of sound-heard.

PS - By the way, Australia isn't that far away. Just consider how long it would take for a pair of Andromedas to reach, well, Andromeda.

    ;)

Nick, but also Marvey, they've both been trying to get us gear. I just keep track of things.

Suppose we pack a pair of Andromedas into a tiny, FTL-capable ship, it would take 2,537,000 years to get there at Warp 1.

I haven't tried any loaner, but have to say it is really great and I admire you guys for doing this.

I feel so many newbs can be discouraged or lost in the sea of gear out there ,
and I feel bad for so many at the (big)head site over there...

So big thanks Nick , Marv , sphinxvc and everyone involved..
    And Happy Holidays

That is a very nice list of loaners. Great place we have here. Special thanks to @sphinxvc, @Marvey, @velvetx, and everyone else involved in the loaner program. You guys do an amazing job getting the loaners out to us and keeping track of everything. Thank you all, looking forward to a fun filled 2017!!

Has the Gungnir Multibit loaner been sold off or is there a possibility for another loaner tour? I am really keen on hearing one some how other than buying one for the sake of comparing it to my dac-19 in order to decide which i want to keep. Thanks!
