    Hi everyone,
Has anyone heard the new BH 300B speaker amp. Im looking for a tube amp for some Omega or other high efficiency speakers and enjoy the BH house sound. Im also after another project after enjoying my Torpedo 3 build.

Any other amp sub 2k people might recommend for these types of speakers?

If memory serves, @JK47 has the Elekit 8200.

Digging this up from the dead. I think I'm going to give the Kaiju build a whirl this year. Has anyone else heard one? Would it be stupid to waste money on boutique parts on something like this?

Spoke to a guy (HeadFi member in the DC area) who has built both - Kaiju and Elekit 8600. The Elekit definitely benefitted from boutique parts (all available at purchase). The Kaiju, he says, was better for headphones with the DC heater kit. Otherwise with speakers, he was happy with stock Kaiju.

Can put you in touch over on the Head-Fi side, but it sounds like the Elekit fundamentally scales more as you add more boutique stuff. I heard both on the same Susvara, and the Elekit on speakers. I'd have to agree with everything he says, but not able to contribute more than hearing each as a "final" product.
