Selling yet another Sennheiser HD800. I picked it up to try out with Gungnir Multibit & the Mjolnir 2 combo. As the listing says, it has less than 30 hours of total use. Never modded and as new condition.

I need to just face it - this thing is not for me. Moving on! (Yeah, right, like I won't buy another one six months from now.)

Ya know what... if you hold on to that one, then you can send it off to me, and I'll mod it. It's completely reversible, I can clean it up even when there's gross stuffs left in there due to past mods (yeah, I've done this to 2 pairs already, so I know...), so... if you don't like it, we can reverse it and let it be on its way. Just pay shipping.

Good choice, AV. They are addictive and comfy with the right set-up. HD6X0 do wear hotter on my head. More earmuffy. Plus, going back and forth between modded HD6X0 and HD800 is fun. Each sounds good in their own way and make great combos with particular amps/DACs.

 

Modding headphones is what super best friends are for.

Kudos to Bill. If I were only living in the States, I would request mine to be modded as well.

 

And if you don't like them after Bill's had his way with them, hit me up, I'm seriously thinking about getting into a modded pair of these...
