We very unexpectedly made an offer on a home over the holidays, so I'm gonna be house poor for the next bit and gotta sell off stuff. Prices are all in CAD which is why the numbers are scary. Shipping extra (split shipping with friends), but willing to make combo deals. Preference to keep it in Canada as I need maple syrup dollars these days, but hey let's talk and figure something out.

I have not posted on head-fi or CAM yet. Will probably do so in a couple weeks with inflated prices.

Possibly open to trades/downgrades for stuff that I can recycle for funds down the road.

    ETA Mini S - $550 CAD
    Purchased from here: https://www.superbestaudiofriends.org/index.php?threads/fs-eta-mini-s.13304/
Added one additional pentaconn to XLR4 adapter. Looking to get back what I paid for them including getting it over the border.

    JAR 660 - $775 CAD - pics here
I don't remember when I got this, but it's in great condition. Cups are white. Includes one cable.
I don't have the original box. It will be partially disassembled and smooshed into a small box for shipping.
Comes with one new unused balanced XLR4 cable.

ZMF Verite Open Selectstock Barn-aged Burmese Padauk - $2200 CAD - pics here (sold)
    Purchased from here: https://www.superbestaudiofriends.o...en-selectstock-barn-aged-burmese-padauk.13892
Condition same as before, basically only worn for review. Looking to get back what I paid for them including getting it over the border.

    Audeze LCD-X (2021) - $1000 CAD (sold)
    Purchased from here: https://www.superbestaudiofriends.o...c-lcd-x-asgard-3-emotiva-a-100-hip-dac.13880/
All accessories and condition same as above, basically only worn for review. Looking to get back what I paid for them including getting it over the border.

    Nitsch DSHA-3FN - $3400 CAD - pics here (sold)
    Serial #028
Sounds amazing. Still in pristine condition, and I've applied some cutting board wax to the wood trim to make it pop just a little bit more.
For canuck reference, this would be about $4200 CAD new after and tax, without considering import fees.

iFi Pro iCAN - $1200 CAD (sold)
iFi Pro iESL - $1700 CAD (sold)

First owner of both, practically new in box. Knock a hundred bucks off if you take both. The iESL is rare like hen's teeth these days and I jumped when I saw one pop up. I'd like to keep it so I can experiment with electrostatics more, but alas the cookie has crumbled in a different way and it must go.
Strong preference for selling together, but would sell the Pro iCan first just in case I can't resist the estat world.

    Audio Zenith PMx2 (PMx1) - $1000 CAD - pics here(sold)
I don't remember when I got this. From my recollection, it is actually built from PM-1 chassis which has more metal parts instead of the plastic of the PM-2, and is the v2 version of the mods with leather pads. Includes the case and THREE cables: balanced 4-pin XLR, 1/4" and 1/8".

Nitsch Piety - $185 CAD (sold)
    Purchased from here: https://www.superbestaudiofriends.org/index.php?threads/fs-magni-piety.13549/
Just looking to make back what I paid into it including getting it over the border.

Hifiman HE-6 OG 4-screw early production modded blah blah
Hahaha no. But maybe. Tell you what, throw me two grand and we'll talk.

For anyone interested in the PMx1. The V2 upgrade was completed by Alex in 2021 and so is relatively fresh. The leather pads are unobtainium now, but were next to new in 2021.

I saw most (all?) of this gear at a meet last weekend. Can confirm it is all in pristine condition. The Xbass switch on the iCAN definitely works.

Exception is the HE-6. They're old as f**k. Somebody make an offer for tree fiddy.

There's a granny suite with bathroom on the main floor. Just don't clog the sink with your enormous follicles and we'll be fine.

Yup, all the above in minty shape. I thought that 3FN with @Beefy's Clears was the best sounding combo of the meet, but alas just not in my budget right now either. GLWS and congrats again on the house.

2 out of 3 doctors recommend cleaning your ears with earth shattering bass.

The third one didn't hear the question.

Some tempting items here esp since you’re in Canuck-land…must resist, must resist!

Congrats on the house! And yeah, house-poor…I get it. But for me, worth it (and hopefully for you too).

You should join the dark aside, acquire new toys, then recycle them later at minimal loss but wonderfully gained experiences :bird:

Congrats on the house! With the sale of these lovely things, what have you kept for your main system?

Right now the main rig is my SPL stack: Phonitor 2 w/expansion rack, SPL Mercury dac, with a SurgeX mounted into a 4U transportable rack. There's an SPL s800 power amp as well. Main headphone is the HE-6 which I can power directly off the s800, or when I'm lazy I'll go off the Phonitor 2 headphone output.

If I don't sell the iESL, I'd be ok keeping that and playing with the dynamic headphone output powered off the s800. Then I've got the option for stax in the future if I want it.

In truth, I could probably sell everything to really focus on the house for a while. With interest rates the way they are right now, every dollar we put in up front saves that same dollar down the road in interest.

I don't even have dedicated 2ch speakers at the moment, though would love to get some bigger ATCs again in the future. Right now we've got a Vifa Stockholm soundbar which is really quite excellent as far as soundbars go. I can set up my ART RM5 for my home office.

Sweet setups, indeed! I used to use an older SPL monitor controller in my suite, and the headphone outs were really great! I imagine the SPL is quite nice. Totally - the house stuff eats all the money - esp now. Hope the rates start going down. Good luck with the house and the sales.

I'm relieved to see there's not a single Stax headphone for sale.:D
