FS: Spring Cleaning (CTH, Vali2, Pi2AES/Mercury, Lokius, ...)

It's time to clear the closet and get rid of stuff I won't be needing.
Prices are net to me (= buyer pays for shipping). Shipping CONUS only.

Massdrop x Cavalli CTH - $80 - SOLD
This one has been sitting on a shelf for many years. I plugged it in to make sure it works (it does).
Comes with original EH 6922 tube (which you might want to consider replacing - it still works, mind you, and I haven't used the CTH all that much, but it's been so long I honestly don't know how many hours are on it )

It is in good/great condition, with no visible dings or scuffs.

Comes with power adapter, stock tube and original box.
Bought in March 2018.

Schiit Vali 2 (silver) - $90
Similar story to the MCTH, although I've used it a lot more since it was my work headphone amp for a while.
Comes with a Genalex Gold Lion (like above, I'm not sure how many hours it has on it ).

It is in excellent condition and sounds great (I had forgotten how great an amp this is! Listening with JAR660s as I'm writing this ).

Comes with power adapter, stock tube and an Eitr box (COVID snafu ).

Allo Audio Shanti Linear PSU - $80
This is a dual 5V (1A & 3A) linear power supply that I used to power their DigiOne Signature few years ago. Has been collecting dust for 4 years, like most of the stuff listed here...

It is in good condition and works as it should.

Comes as-is, with a bunch of adapters.

Massdrop x Hifiman HE-5XX - $150
This is one of the many piece of gear I bought just to try and that's been unused after a couple weeks of listening.
I did the tape mod to make the bass more linear.

It is in great condition overall, but the pads are ever so slightly pinched (from when I took them out) and the white tape I used for the left cup shows a little bit on the edges (I switched to a different tape for the right ear, which doesn't show).

Comes in original box, with original cable.

Schiit Lokius (black) - $225
This great piece of kit fixed the Utopia tuning and I had been using it exclusively with it... until I sold the Utopia few months ago.

It is in great condition and works like a charm.

Comes with original box and all accessories.

Pi2Design Pi2AES (rev. P3) + transparent case - $150 - SOLD
Pi2Design Pi2AES (rev. P3) + used transparent case $140 - SOLD
Both units were sent back to Pi2Design recently to get checked and are in great condition.
One of the case is brand new and still has the paper cover on the acrylic plates. The other one I used and looks good but there's some glue marks on the bottom plate (from the sticky footers I think).

I also have a spare I2S RJ45 board that I can throw in to whoever wants with theirs.

Comes with the case only. No PSU, no Pi.


Pi2Design Mercury (v1) - $400
Unit is in great condition. Comes with original box and all accessories except for the antenna (which I suspect my cats played with and misplaced when it was on my desk...). It takes standard SMA antennas like this one.

Currently has RopieeeXL installed, which I found more reliable (and easier to use) than Volumio.

Added the 2x Pi2AES.

If I sell the Mercury, it would be $400. Comes with everything, except the antenna which I think my cats made their new toy for a hot second and misplaced it somewhere
