Final Edit: After selling everything...I found out that my work's 401K offers loans against the 401k that is next to no interest and not taxed over 5 years. Well...shit. So good news: Everything will be fine! Sorta-bad news: I no longer have a computer or audio stuff. Weird news: At least I know now that was an option. That, and my wife and I are getting our bonuses earlier (as of today.)
