At the moment, there are 2 versions of these headphones: phenomenon canorum and phenomenon libratum. Both versions have their own advantages and differences. Canorum are oval in shape and resemble famous sennheiser orpheus. Meanwhile, membrane diameter slightly larger than that of german headphone. Membranes are made of graphite-based and nylon. They have their own sound style. Libratum have a round shape, huge membranes (15 percent more than in canorum) and structurally resemble stax 009. The membranes are also made of graphite and nylon. These materials we like for its stability and durability. Thickness is 2 micrones. As for headphones sensitivity... It is about stax 007. Bias 580V. So, the amplifier has to be powerful enough. We use stax cord. Phenomenon Canorum/Libratum are made of aluminum D16 and titanium. Weight is about 400 grams. All items are hand-made. They are made at different factories. Ear pads made of leather. At the moment, we can sell 1 pair of headphones to anyone who wishes to test. Write to the PM or email.

This looks mighty interesting as well, 2 microns is a good sweet spot for getting impactful bass without losing much sensitivity. Beautiful design on that Orpheus clone! I notice that the Russian site suggests that the diaphragm is made of graphene and not graphite as might have been translated in this thread, is that correct?

The prospect of an Orpheus, Clone and Canorum shootout is seriously worth considering. Hopefully something can be arranged in the future.

we decided not to use graphene. Graphite is not expensive and it is comfortable to work with.

Moved these posts out of the Russian Planar Magnetic thread since these are Electrostatic, and wanted to raise awareness (I missed this for a bit). Looking forward to hear more about these products.
