We just moved to a new house and as I was replacing some of the receptacles and switches, I was using my multimeter to ensure the power was off at the location. Problem is when the power was back on, the voltages were really high, like 135-150V! I've since ordered a higher quality multimeter before ripping into the power company. But I have a fairly simple power meter (example: https://www.amazon.ca/Kuman-Electri...jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==) and it shows real-time voltages, and now that device is showing low, like 110-119V!

I thought I could easily find a device that measures and records AC voltage accurately and export the data, but finding a device like this that isn't lab-grade $$$ is oddly difficult.

Does such a device exist without breaking the bank?

I haven't used this nor can vouch for its accuracy but here is an inexpensive AC mains power data logger:
    https://www.amazon.com/Current-Amperage-Voltmeter-Multimeter-Transformer/dp/B07S6SFKTK/

You may have to do a little coding.

    Here is another one:
    https://www.amazon.com/Voltage-Data-Logger-600VAC-DC/dp/B0086A4UJI
shows as $89 in google search but Amazon has sellers at > $500, so scratch that last one.

Personally I would use a picolog product, for a little more money and not have to fiddle around.
