I had a Fulla 3 delivered yesterday that had an issue. Contacted support and Laura replied within minutes and after a couple quick emails, she sent me a FedEx label. I boxed it up and dropped it off at a FedEx location near me. She then sent me tracking on the replacement before I even got back to my car.....seriously. That is kick ass service.

I have a long history with Schiit and Jason's products. I used to work across the street from Sumo Audio, his previous company that he had back in the 1980's. I had read about the Polaris amplifier and went to purchase one from Rogersound Labs, but they were out of stock and would have to order one. Found out they were literally across the street from my office on Superior St in Chatsworth, so I arranged to pick it up myself. Whoever met me in the lobby then took me around and gave me a tour. Years later when I read about Schiit and that Jason was part of Sumo, I had to have one of his latest products and bought an Asgard, which I still own. Since then I have owned a Bifrost, Magni 3, Modi 2 and Modi Multibit and Fulla 2.

Anyhow, not sure why people say they have crap customer service....because I have never seen it.

Follow up: The replacement was just delivered. :headbang:

From first email to Laura, until I received the new unit was just over 24 hours.....

Granted I do live in the San Fernando Valley and Schiit is about a 20-30 minute drive....but still. That is some kick ass customer service!

    Do you mean :punk:?

I get totally confused with some of these smilies Yeah... an age thing, no doubt. but I am making good progress with learning to talk in hieroglyphics!

Congratulations with the good Schiit. I don't doubt that the vast majority of Schiity experiences are good.

I suppose that explains it. But where does that leave the Deadheads? Where are our smileys?

I saw the Grateful Dead four times in the early 1980's, so maybe a smiley that is missing a finger?
