    Too bad no-one updated lhlabs.com, then :)

    http://lhlabs.com/go2pro/

..or any other product page at the time of writing..

("Oh no, they're a totally different company who just happen to sound similar to the one that screwed all those people over.. We reincarnated elsewhere and it's all great now.")

The old LH Labs you're viewing there is essentially still there as an archival piece. The new store domain is aimed at Light Harmonic gear, not LH Labs' gear. The LH Labs gear has been essentially all wiped from that (new) site and is not available for ordering or viewing.

I'm sorry about that confusion. We are in discussions on the best way to present that address change in an easy to understand manner, since both brands have kind of been blended in the past, well before I came in. It's really confusing a lot of people.

Why did you guys kill off the one product everyone really liked?

The GeekOut V2+ and Go2pro were awesome.

Just a variety of reasons which I've never really gotten nailed down. I know the Geek Out 3 (code name?) has been designed or is being designed. They're just waiting to actually make it, probably after we get a lot of the campaign stuff done that hasn't been accomplished. But I don't really know any timeline. I don't believe the new Geek Out will be under LHL's name. I think it's coming out under Light Harmonic. LHL essentially won't exist for any future products we design. And no crowd-funding either for the indefinite foreseeable future. We have no interest in going down that path again and I'm sure most or all of our backers would support us in that decision.

When I first read that post it seemed to mean something. That sensation soon evaporated. It has no meaning at all.
You don't know why something wasn't made, but are waiting for it to be be made , sometime, under some name, which, according to your faith (belief) won't be LH Labs. When something else gets done.

    Whatever...

Not consistent, Jarek, since you still offer those "LHL" branded USB cables...just saying.

Lol....does Larry really count on them??
My guess would be that there won´t be many which will follow him again.

Backers? Victims? All the same really.

Btw, the mobile version of the new "Light Harmonic store" has some branding issues...

But they're totally different companies. Look at the eyes, don't look around the eyes, look at the eyes.. and you're back in the room.

You couldn't make this stuff up. I googled for a clown car gif- and found this somehow. It'll have to do:

Yeah, those were left on for no particular reason....just higher end cables, (if you believe in that sort of thing), so we still sell them there. Anything else that will be "lower end" will be available through other retailers when they're produced.

I'll address that with the website people. The site is still under construction/transformation.

I understand. I'm just a regular guy. I report what I know, when I know it. Take it as you wish. No hard feelings. :)

Hey, thanks for letting us know that. It was an issue on Big Commerce's end, so they tweaked something, refreshed and it's fixed now.

So, if my $2,500+ Vi DAC Tube ever arrives, and let's just say I have any warranty or other issues or otherwise need support, I am out of luck because LHL is essentially shuttering and oh yeah, Light Harmonic is a separate company?

I do not think that word means what you think it means.
