I'm also going to wrap some sweet potatoes in foil and stick them in the smoker for as long as the ribs are smoking. We will see how they turn out.
I’ve got the smoker “warming up” and will fill it with the ribs and swee tatoes after I get back from my run.
I've glazed the ribs. A little over 4 hours into the process. 2-3 more hours until those ribs are ready to come off the smoker. I've already tapped my Maker's 46 stash, so all is well.
Mission accomplished. Thumbs up and accolades from the family. The swee tatoes were cooked to perfection. The ribs were “fall off the bone.”
