    I agree completely, the battle of the bastards and the giant battle at the wall did nothing for me, they felt incredibly empty. Definitely the worst parts of the show

    Don't get me wrong...I can appreciate the technicalities of it. The Loot Train Battle, especially. But yeah...the allure of the show is the power struggle/game/politics of it all.

    and boobs... I think the battles are incredibly well done with real weight and consequence in the aftermath, yet that is not this shows allure, indeed.

    If the show were nothing but battles it would suck, but, 8 seasons of power struggling without battles seems like it would also suck and GoT does battles REALLY well I think. I like the Battles... and the Boobs.

    I wasn't a huge fan of the battle itself but the aftermath was the most triumphant moment of the series to me.
