My favourite too.. Kolozub is Azazelo in our translated version of this beautiful book:-)

This is great! Some of the political satire may be over my head, but the story is wonderful. And... I even find it of interest on a metaphysical level, wondering if it does not present a more accurate version of certain events than is available elsewhere!

A friend from Russia, on another forum, sent me DVDs of the Russian film, happily with English subtitles. A real treat!
