    Personally I don't mind the VAT. What I hate is that it's usually processed by some third party importer that charges a fee almost the same as VAT.

    I'm trying to figure out import/export paperwork for France to avoid fees and to streamline intercontinental loans

    @Cspirou Third party inspection fees are the worst. Last one I paid was higher than the GST. $180 inspection fee for ~$130 tax. They didn't even open anything. Dishonest cunts.
