I bought a brand new 14” MacBook Pro because of this and it kernel panicked in under ten minutes out of the box as a Vanilla device with no external accessories. If I sign out of my MS account and join meetings as a guest, it works on any MacBook I try.
My M1 Max was perfect until my MS account was disabled for paternity leave. Once it was reenabled any MacBook I use has the kernel panic issue. All with Apple silicon. M1 and M2 chips. If another person signs in, no kernel panic.
Actually, with the new teams, those in our company with Windows 11 laptops seem to have more problems than us Mac users. :o) But not problem free for both camps.
