Remember; pain is weakness leaving the body. Unless it’s from blisters. Blisters just hurt. No one has ever come up with a positive affirmation about blisters. Toe socks are good.
On my job I walk about that far most days. Probably why I have a trashed tendon after all these years. Running. What’s that again??? Keep it up. You’ll sleep better and just feel better all around. Wish I could, but I’ve been told it’s a no go anymore.
@jowls Duly noted, haha! I'll give toe socks a shot, but honestly, I just hate cardio. Strength training is fine, I can go all-in for a few minutes then rest, but the persistence of effort in cardio just sucks XD
@Ringingears Agh, sorry to hear that. I wanna say that I hope it doesn't prove too inconvenient, but that's a long shot. Will do! I certainly had no trouble sleeping afterwards, which is new to me, haha.
I've been doing full-body exercise every day to crossplay at a convention next year, and leg day is definitely a pain. But keep it up! Soon enough 5km will be a breeze with enough training.
@Yeskey Oh that's cool! Who're you crossplaying as? Never really got seriously into cosplay, but I considered going Ciel Phantomhive some years back (before I started putting on weight, lol).
Astolfo from fate apocrypha, I guess it's not really crossplay per say, but it means I'm wearing a miniskirt :). And yeah I had a Bea avi before, I figure since everyone has cat avatars so I swapped mine out as well.
