    Don't identify yourself with your career. This is all too common in the USA and Western nations. I almost replied in the "What do you do for a living" thread as "random Porker". Thinking of yourself as a "random Porker" or "loser" that could just get hit by a bus and die can give you an enormous sense of ease about life.

    Listen...spend some time with the homeless. Watch a guy running down the street screaming, "Leave me alone!," being chased by a crack dealer or listen to a transgender teen tell you how she was just raped.
