[FS] various old DAPs: Sansa Fuze, Sansa Clip, Cowon S9, ipod ?

Collecting dust in a box. They do turn on, but I haven't tested much beyond that. No guarantees on battery life or functionality beyond that. No idea what to ask for pricing; open to offers.

Sansa Fuze, silver, I recall I tried installing rockbox but it didn't work properly, so you have to hold left when turning on to load the original OS

I have an assortment of 4/8/16gb microsd cards for these too; they're probably worth more than the players lol.

Cowon S9, black, volume button doesn't work but I installed something ages ago so you swipe up and down for volume, I think I paid >$100 for this back in the day; no idea what it's worth now

(sold) ipod thingy? I don't know what this is; it has no screen, it's shaped like a usb flash drive. I'll probably just make this a freebie for whoever wants to play with it

Have very fond memories of mine when I got it ages back, but that was well before I knew what not-shiz sound was like so caveat emptor and all that haha.

@Lyander Hah you're right! it's a first gen shuffle. Looks like these things are still selling on ebay too.

 

They are were popular for a reason. Keep in mind these are ~14 year old impressions and I didn't know anything about good sound back then but frankly they're inoffensive and I was pretty happy with them for ages. UX is a whiff difficult but that's to be expected.

Definitely worth picking up as a project piece or a... backup for the backup system?
