Up for sale is my Headroom MicroAmp w/ Desktop Module, purchased in January 2006. Included is the amp and two (2) APS power supplies

I am the original owner. I used the amp at both home and work and it has performed flawlessly. I now have dedicated amps at home and work and no longer use the MicroAmp.

I do not have the original box, but will pack well for shipping.

Pics can be found at: https://goo.gl/photos/mkkDkuDWSK93FicS7.

Price is $115 CONUS shipped. (I will pay for shipping.)

    Also open for trade.

    Solid amp for the $.

The Headroom stuff eventually lost FOTM to all the new stuff, but most of their stuff was good. Must of been because Tyl was there watching over things! :) I've hung on to a few and still use them, a MicroAmp like this being one of them!

Does it pair well with a HD600?

    I am eyeing some options.

I don't have an HD600, but enjoyed it with my HD580. Doing a quick search shows a few people that thought it worked well: http://www.head-fi.org/t/464230/headroom-micro-amp-with-hd600, http://www.laaudiofile.com/headroom_microamp.html, and http://www.computeraudiophile.com/content/216-headroom-ultra-micro-dac-amp-review/. Here is another review that mentions the HD580: http://www.headfonia.com/headroom-micro-and-portable-micro-amplifiers/

Your ears may hear different, but you can read the above for others opinions.

I used to keep the Micro Amp and Micro Dac at my girl friend's house with the HD-600... it was my booty call rig. We ended up getting married, so I think that says a lot about the pair?

Seriously, good pairing with the HD-600.

Yeah, it goes great with the HD6X0's in general. Really underrated little unit there.

    Bump & price drop. Potential trades also accepted -- e.g., I wouldn't mind trying a DT880 or DT990.

I used to run mine mostly on rechargeable 9V batteries.
