Loaner: JAR800S

I did notice that the pad was unclipped on one side, and thought I had gotten it clipped back. I didn't pay much attention to the slider, but didn't really notice any problem. I only used them once (allergy woes) though.

Have you checked in the bottom of the foam in the case?

Folks we're pulling the JAR800S off the tour because it needs to be sent back to Jupiter for repair. He's currently away from his home country at University, so that will be awhile. We're pulling the V1 loaner off the tour because I'm told that parts availability has changed and V2 is what's available now.

So from here forward it's just @Inoculator's personal JAR800V2 he has so graciously agreed to loan out for the tour.

 

Could we not find a donor HD800 headband and yokes to swap onto the JAR cups? It's not terribly difficult to remove the stock cups. However, I'm assuming the gimbal fixing screws and metal clamp are easily accessible on the JAR cups.

 

Looks like the 800S will have to go back to JAR for repair, the v1 is being discontinued anyway so that hp is also being pulled from the loaner, but I will hand off the v2 directly to @ColtMrFire when I see him at this Thursday's meet! Thanks again for the privilege, @ext1, @Inoculator!
