Hey all, I guess I never hit send....

I have the Bokeh on head and listening. Sounds great, but lots of pads to swap through to see what else it can do.

 

Sad to pack these up, but they will be heading to @Azimuth today.

I look forward to writing my review, but basically...Great headphone. They make me want one, and also to finally give an Eikon a try.

 

@ChaChaRealSmooth - seeing as I'm projected to be getting the Bokeh's sometime next week, could we swap my spot with @Aklegal to get them after Azimuth (assuming that works OK with Aklegal)? I'll be out of town for vacation all next week, so I wouldn't want them sitting in limbo.

 

@ChaChaRealSmooth I will actually be on vacation for 2 separate weeks in June; the week of June 3 and the week June 17. I want to stay on the loaner but I might have to be skipped until July.

 

I have these now and I will probably ship out early next week. Now I am not sure who is next on the list.

Bokeh's arrived today, all seems well in order and functioning. Thank goodness for Zach's earpad video you YT, cause I was having an absolute bitch of a time getting the one earpad back on that wasn't completely on upon arrival. The "inside out sock" technique did the trick!

 

That might have been the fault of trying to force them into the case with the pads. They come off very easily in the case like that.

 

No worries at all! I’ve experienced very quickly just how easily those pads can come off. Even adjusting the headphones too forcefully on my head caused one to slip out of position a bit. Personally, not a fan at all of the pad attachment design, but I understand the engineering decision. It’s just not the best.

 

Hey @ChaChaRealSmooth - just want to confirm if I'm holding onto the Bokeh's for this week as well? I've had them for the allotted time, so let me know if I'm holding onto them until AKlegal returns, or if I should ship them on to someone else. Thanks!
