Personal Loaner: CA Solaris 2020 LImited Edition

• Open to friends and contributors on a case by case basis
• UPS/FEDEX only
• Insure for $750
• 5-ish day loan period but I’m not worried about additional days if needed
• Post impressions and ideally comparisons in my Solaris Battle Royale thread.

Comes with 2.5mm and 3.5mm Smokey Litz cables and a new set of SML Penon Generic tips which are my current favorites. If you want new never used tips when you get these you can buy a new set of 6 pairs of tips for $4 here from Penon Audio. It would be a good idea so you definitely have a synergistic pair of tips when listening to them.

I don’t plan on listening to these or selling them anytime soon so a long list is ok and I’m open to a Canadian tour or European tour after the land of the free is satiated.

really don’t worry about it. I don’t need these back soon I prefer my og Solaris which I have here. I was preparing for a huge long loaner but I guess my review killed interest.

 

So if any of you want to hear these in Canada or EU I have no problem with it.

I think the fairest way to go about this is if you pay the last person on the list the extra shipping fees so that they are paying domestic ship rates. Estimate it. Or guesstimate it.

it would be cool to combine the 2 iem’s to mitigate shipping expenses for you. Any interest? Might just have to jump through some logistical hoops but I think we could make that happen. Probably just have the last person on the LE loaner list ship to whoever is last in the Dorado US tour and they hold onto the LE until they ship you the Dorado 2020. And we could make it 10 days each instead since it’s 2 iem’s.

Or both could get shipped to me at the end of the US tour and I’ll ship them both to you guys in one box. Maybe that’s best.

also can you let me know your preferred order up there between @Imraan @Biodegraded @Rockwell and I’ll fix the list

 

Thanks on behalf of all 3. Leave the order as-is for the moment, we're discussing logistics. Me & @Imraan are in Vancouver and interchangeable but @Rockwell is out on the island and it might work best for packages to come to one of the mainlanders first
