CTH headphone amp "pimped" by Mike (@MisterRogers). The upgrades (pimping) of the CTH by Mike include: ultra low noise regulator, high end output capacitors, new case, upgraded RCA's, and stranded silver hookup rewire.

The toggle switch on the back; away from the power on button for 6.3v, towards it for 12.6v.

I've enjoyed the amp for the last three years and it works perfectly. But, my time to listen at work is limited these days, so I thought I'd sell it and perhaps try something else in the future.

I plan to up it up on HF for $300, but am offering it here for $250 (CONUS) via PayPal.

Let me know if you're interested. I'm sure that Mike can provide some specifics concerning the upgrades if needed.

For some reason I can not add any images. So if you want to see a pic, shoot me a PM with you're email and I will send them to you.

Oh man- I have a board and have wanted to hear this amp. Pimped for $250 is so tempting. But I am out of room...

This is a badass amp. I've had a @MisterRogers-pimped CTH in the past.. and it sounded fan-effin'-tastic. Tube rollers dream since it takes 6v & 12v tubes.. and as I understand it, the CTH is sort of the "predecessor" to the heralded Liquid Glass. One of my favorite hybrids for under $1K. $250/$300 for this? It deserves to get snatched up in a minute at that price!

That's what I was thinking- looking forward to hearing it too. Have a CTH board here that needs a little inspiration to build. Why haven't I built it yet???
