As a basshead slash game designer (who specializes in groan-inducing wordplay), I appreciate both the album and its name. What is the pun bass'd on though?

FYI - The download email (and another email) went to my Junk Folder.

I was able to download the files.

For the "Getting to Fifth Bass - Full Resolution Album", I can't get it to unzip with WinRAR nor 7zip.

I was able to download the 320 kbps mp3 individual songs.

@LFF I'd love to pick this up as well, though do we know why the Full Resolution album won't unZip and why Amazon Pay isn't working? Honestly I'd love a BandCamp upload for this though, I enjoy purchasing music there. The Saving Cecil's Pride Album was very easy to purchase download and un zip, I even got the Hard Disc copy which came in a really beautiful envelope!

 

The zip file shows as 9bytes so something funky is going. PayPal checkout worked fine. Thanks for this LFF

Just got an email with the correct link for the full resolution files. Check your inboxes. Mix of wav flac and aif. Haven't played them yet.

You know I love the looks of the Susvara but please don't blame me if these tracks destroy your new $6,000.00 headphone. You'll have to entertain yourselves with the associated luxury book and box.

 

I see what you mean by "Mix of wav flac and aif.".

After unzipping I have:
WAV: Tracks 1, 2, 5 and 6
FLAC: Tracks 3, 4 and 8
AIF: Track 7

And 8 junk files. (I haven't tried playing any music files yet.)

Edit: This mix of file formats is not intentional, is it?

 

The mix of files was sent so you guys can have them ASAP. Going forward, all lossless albums will be provided in WAV format.

 

Got the link. Unzipped. Playing great. I have these headphones called Paradox. Some dude made them. They seem to be handling things nicely.

Thanks to all of you for posting and letting me know of the issues. This was a good trial run and hopefully all the kinks are now sorted out.

I sincerely hope you guys enjoy the tracks.

 

I've been dealing with Rebekkah at RadHaus LLC <[email protected]>. She sent me a link that was like the first download I described, minus the junk files. Then she sent me another link with all 8 songs as WAV files (and MP3 files and the cover).

Rebekkah has been very nice, quick and responsive.

Edit: I mentioned that 4 of the 8 WAV files didn't have metadata (and that I could easily add that myself). She just now emailed that she is adding metadata and thanked me for my feedback.

 

Your welcome. Just wanted to say, I still have the modded Monoprice M1060. These tracks really do show the weakness and strenghs of headphones. Enough said. Please don't turn the thread into a comparison of headphones with these tracks. Just wanted to say these tracks are very diagnostic.

 

I noticed a couple of other things while I was doing the metadata. I emailed Rebekkah again.

On the WAV files, some of the song titles have "Artist - Song Title" in the file name and others have just the "Song Title".

In the MP3 folder, there is a track 15 that doesn't belong there.

I hope I don't find anything else. So far Rebekkah has expressed appreciation for my observations in order to fix them. With this last one, I kind of feel like I might be becoming a pest. Hopefully not.

Edit: Rebekkah is still being nice to me and said she will make these corrections. She made a joke and then said she had been trying to do this fast. (And she has been quick on all of this). I like her. I wish customer service was always this fast, responsive and pleasant. Especially with a difficult customer, like me.

Edit: Corrections have been made. And I get a free download for my help.

Edit: It just dawned on me, the proceeds of all of these go to charity. I don't feel right about a free download after that sunk in.
