He's on my list of people I keep giving second chances to in an attempt to understand modern music. For some reason loads of my friends seem to like the stuff he makes,but while he does seem like a genuinely pleasant person the music just doesn't catch me.
Same with Filthy Frank/Joji, but I admit liking his music a bit more. Low bar.
I thought the caption said "gender bending artist" at first. Just expectations in 2018 I guess. There is still a wealth of 50s big band and a few Rolling Stones album I need to explore first. Will get to him if he's still mentioned five years later.
@Cspirou Huh, interviews and informants I've come across claim otherwise. I've never really bothered checking since I don't care *that* much about his music, but if that's the case then it's more reason to shrug him off.
His music isn't really worth checking out, IMO.

@Kunlun That's what I get for taking talk show hosts at their word I guess. Definitely agree that his music is the sort of thing you'd hear blasting at some random club at 4AM. Damn Gen-Zers.
